That last move during the first sequence to the front jumped out at me, too. You did the move with the nunchaku before you did the step! I think that this was a result of the whole thing being too fast – you really didn’t give yourself time to hit your stances. Another example would be the Neko Ashi Dachi (cat stance) to the southeast. If you go back and look, you brought your foot up really high – as if avoiding a foot sweep, but not really hitting the stance. In a couple of places, too, you’ve got some pretty high steps – meaning that your foot comes pretty high off the ground during your step.

My suggestion would be to slow down and be more deliberate with your technique. Give yourself a pause to signify each opponent that you have finished off as you go through your kata.
